Collamat^® 3600 for Cost-efficient and User-oriented Labeling

Collamat^® labeling systems manufactured by Collamat Straltors AG are made according to the latest state-of-the-art technology. Modern technology is being used when developing any label applicator so to optimize the product. In the low-cost range, Collamat^® 3600 is characterized by a variable speed adjustment, a high-precision labeling capacity and an easy-to-use operator panel. A small price for top results, indeed.

Exact Adjustments

Collamat^® 3600 was specially developed for applications with low or medium-range conveying speeds and designed for the fully automated processing of adhesive labels off coils. Of course, the system may also be used for semi-automatic processing. Depending on the task on hand, speeds may be freely selected between 3 and 20 meters per minute. Application performance is at a high feeding precision of ±1 millimeter.

Easy Handling

All operating processes are simple, safe, and timesaving due to the compact design and synoptical operator panel, including a mains switch, a signal lamp and three potentiometers for continuous adjustment to the required speed, the adjustment of the optoelectronic label scanning device, plus the setting of the predispensing unit.

Space-saving and Easily Integrated

Collamat^® 3600 is characterized by its well-designed and therefore extremely adjustable construction. In order to gain precious work space and to be able to easily integrate the system into the processing line, the Collamat^® 3600 is available in a right or lefthanded version. For semi-automated use, it is available as table model. For fully automated operation, the system is mounted on a stand or may be integrated into an existing installation. The integrated control panel: The well arranged control panel on the traction unit permits an easy and quick operating of the Collamat^® 3600.

Expandable up to the Printing Process

Thanks to its high-tech and modular design, Collamat^® 3600 may be linked in a user-oriented and cost-efficient manner to peripheral devices such as hot-stamp, thermo-transfer printers and various accessories (such as unwinders, adapters, supports etc.).
