Collamat^® 6600 - a High-Performance Compact Solution

Thanks to its modular design, the labeler can be equipped to meet nearly all possible tasks. The microprocessor controlled stepping motor drive allows speeds up to 30 m/min. with a high precision labeling accuracy. Althought at a medium price level, it has the convenience, quality and the top performance of higher priced machinery.

Simply Independent When Speed Is Changing

The feed speed automatically adapts to the conveyor belt speed with the help of an incremental encoder.

Non-Stop Operation With Two Collamat® 6600

Two combined systems Collamat^® 6600 can operate non-stop. The moment the label roll of the first labeler is empty, control will switch automatically to the second without missing a product or labeling a product twice.

Across Corner Labeling

Collamat^® 6600 applies labels onto the front and side of the products without need to stop the product. Delayed predispensing - simply another feature - that's HM Collamat AG.

Collamat Straltors AG took all effort to combine the advantages of a small sized labeler with the top performance of the high end labelers. Collamat^® 6600 allows quick, precise and versatile labeling, even for a limited cost/benefit budget.

Everything on a Single Rail

HM Collamat AG, an experienced specialist in labeling systems, knows your needs. Its technically sophisticated modular system saves time and expenditure without any loss of precision or design opportunity. Its individual units are arranged on a plug-in modular unit. They may be mounted horizontally as well as vertically and in this manner, guarantee extremely short change-over times. Furthermore, the traction unit, the adapter and unwinder can be adapted to the production line and the product. The modular construction of the labeling machines allows flexible and versatile solutions. The Collamat^® 6600 is compatible with all Collamat^® accessories.

A Combination of Traction Unit and Control

The Collamat^® 6600 is characterized by its compact construction. Thanks to their extensive know-how, our experts were able to till the gap of the customer's requirements. In order to save workspace, the entire microprocessor and stepping motor drive are integrated into the traction unit.

Simple to Operate Thanks to an Easily Accessible Panel

All operating controls are well arranged on the control panel of the traction unit. They include mains switch with signal lamp as well as four potentiometers for speed adjustment, label scanner sensitivity, predispensing and labeling position adjustment. This guarantees an easy handling of all functions.

Data-Hold Function for Safety

Parameters such as e.g. feeding speed and predispensing may easily be stored for each labeling task. As long as no new parameters are entered, the stored data remain active, even if the mains is switched off. The integrated control panel: The well arranged control panel on the traction unit permits an easy and quick operating of the Collamat^® 6600.

Stepping Motor Drive for High End Feeding Speeds

The stepping motot drive assures a variable labeling speed of up to 30 m/min. with a labeling accuracy of ±1 mm. The issue of up to 1000 labels per minute allows you to carry out extensive labeling tasks at high-speed without having to change to a larger installation.
